HI-TEC Valves is a BSI Certified ISO 9001:2008 company, approved by the Indian Boilers Regulation (IBR) and Technical Development Committee (TDC) established in the year 1996, for reconditioning/refurbishing and also manufacturing and supply of industrial valves in the brand name of “HI-TEC” . Mr. A. Mohanraj established ‘HI-TEC VALVES’, as a Proprietary concern for undertaking valves servicing work on a small scale since then expanded to an impressive size.

HI-TEC Valves has established itself in national / international markets and sets trends with best quality valves for power plant, steel plant, chemical plant, ship building, oil exploration and other process industries. In our 9000 sq.ft area Workshop at Chennai, we have all infrastructure/ facilities as under:-

Various types of Automated Machineries like CNC, VMC, VTL and Radial Drilling Machines for machining of various components in bulk quantities.

Various types of Conventional lathes and Milling and drilling machines, Hydraulic Press as a suitable step-in machinery & lapping machines.

Welding Machines for conducting ARC, TIG welding with Stellite Processs.

Insitu –automated lapping machines, various measuring equipments. Compressors.

Various Testing Equipments like : Test Benches, Motorised and Manual Test Pumps upto 10000 psi, Pressure Gauges of various ranges.

100 KVA Diesel Generator as a Stand-by .

Control centre for the various activities is located in Chennai, India, and has its marketing / sales and service offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Middle East. With his 20 years of experience and expertise in reconditioning / servicing of all kinds of industrial valves in our unit, within the next new 10 years we have plans to establish one branch in each country in the Gulf and in Asia. We are confident that with innovative thinking and market oriented approach we will achieve what has been stated above.
